Our award winning miso with a kick of ginger is made in the UK from British fava beans and our own white rice koji.

This versatile ginger miso is perfect for marinating fish, using in stir fries, or to make miso glazed aubergine (nasu dengaku)

This is a live, unpastuerised miso. Please refrigerate on arrival. It will continue to ferment, slowly becoming darker in colour and deeper in flavour. If kept at room temperature it may start to escape from the jar – not in the explosive way that kombuchas can – more in the formation of a tasty puddle slowly dripping down the side! |
