Our award winning fava miso with a spicy kick. Made in the UK from British fava beans and our own white rice koji.
This smoky miso is perfect in any dish needing extra spicy heat.

This is a live, unpastuerised miso. Please refrigerate on arrival. It will continue to ferment, slowly becoming darker in colour and deeper in flavour. If kept at room temperature it may start to escape from the jar – not in the explosive way that kombuchas can – more in the formation of a tasty puddle slowly dripping down the side! |
