Our award winning miso with a kick of garlic is made in the UK from British fava beans and our own white rice koji.

This versatile garlic miso is perfect for making miso butter (mix 50:50 with butter/vegan spread) then toss with new potatoes, green beans or broccoli. Or use it to make the ultimate garlic bread.

This is a live, unpastuerised miso. Please refrigerate on arrival. It will continue to ferment, slowly becoming darker in colour and deeper in flavour. If kept at room temperature it may start to escape from the jar – not in the explosive way that kombuchas can – more in the formation of a tasty puddle slowly dripping down the side! |
