- 200g Sweet White – Our original, award winning miso. Sweet, but rich in umami. Aged for 4 – 6 months. Perfect for soups and salad dressings
- 200g Deep Red – Aged for 18 months. Deep and rich flavour. Suited to mushroom or beef recipes
- 200g Garlic – Aged for 4 – 6 months. Mix with butter for the best garlic bread you’ve ever tasted!
- 200g Ginger – Aged for 4 – 6 months. Great for instant ramen stock
- 200g Hot and Smoky – Aged for 4 – 6 months. Add a spoonful to the next chilli you make and see how it elevates the dish!
- 200g Mushroom and Lentil – Aged for 9 months. – Use in any vegetarian dish instead of a stock cube.
The misos are naturally fermented and unpasteurised, so must be kept refrigerated. Over time, they will continue to ferment and so may darken with age. If this occurs, they will be just as delicious!
